This place is amazing. The staff are always so nice and helpful. It's a pretty small place though. Not a lot of parking spots available or tables inside. But the food is fantastic and the drive thru goes really fast.

Did anyone else notice that the Google Earth Car guy pulled into this burger joint for lunch? I guess that’s how you know it’s really good… Either that, or try eating there sometime.I love In-N-Out Burger‘s!

Prepare to be stuck in the middle of a street lane with heavy traffic and lots of angry drivers who love to blow their horns out of proportion. This location has two convenient drive thru lines but because the restaurant is located next to a county hospital and the entrance and exit of the freeway it tends to get ridiculously busy.

No place else like it! Double Double, Animal style - no lettuce, no tomatoes. Perfection every single time!

3 Star has nothing to do about service or the food. That is always good. It's the location and traffic. This In-N-Out is located right off the 110 freeway, which means there's a lot of incoming traffic. Second of the In-N-Out is designed mostly for drive-thru, there are max 5 tables inside the restaurant, with very limited space at all. They do have like about another 6 tables outside. Parking is very Limited and Compact. Keep in mind that the drive-thru gets absolutely long because of so many people choosing that option so it is a bit of a wait. Again nothing again this In-N-Out specifically , it's just the location and size of it that I personally don't like having to go to that location. FOOD IS GREAT !

Burger was good. They added some kinda sauce that was unexpected. A little sweet. Quality food. Decent price and they validate parking. Next time i will try pizza. Its not at the parkers light house as google maps will have you believe. Its behind it sort of, on the boardwalk just a few businesses north.

Always a good burger. A stand out place to grab & go. Usually Very busy. This day was slower so even better.

Always great food. The service was ok it seems to be as the result of them being so busy.The prices are slowly but surely going up. Would definitely go back.The downside is the drive thru is always busy cars out the driveway & there is little to no parking.

Went here on a Friday and as me and my cousin were driving there we noticed it was close to the UCLA Harbor hospital and I was telling him if he remembered the night we had to take our aunt there. The place was very small but had TWO drive thru lanes. And I was saying how that night we also went to an in-n-Out and that place was smaller. As we got closer to the window I realized IT WAS the same place we went that night. Greatest twist event since the sixth cents with Bruce Willis.

Great fresh food, wasnt that crowded. Arrived at 1:45

This place stays crowded but worth the wait, fast service drive thru and walk up if you can get into the parking lot.

You can order in and out of the store for to go. :)

Everyone was very nice. Extremely kind. Food came out quick. I ordered their Cheese Burger (single patty). However the fries, are tasty. The only gripe I have is the topping they place on top of their "Animal Fries." Its placed right on top and so unfortunately the fries get hard quickly. That's literally it. I tried eating them as quickly as possible before, I realized how many fries were left, without the toppings. (I think the sauce is thousand island) I didn't get a chance to really enjoy all of the French fries, in my opinion. Other than that small thing, I loved it. Hence why I still gave 5 stars. THE SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL.I sat outside and enjoyed my meal.

Nothing bad about In-N-out Burger, best burgers and customer service top notch. I believed they messed up my take out order one time. When got home tried to call the store directly, but it directed me to the main customer service line with complaints. They took my info and later I received in the mail a gift card to replaced my order. Really cool and nice, they even did a follow up call. I was very please all around with their service. Since that one issue, never had a problem. Great burgers and fries.

GREAT SERVICE GREAT FOOD. Definitely would go here again. Only thing that I eyeball is that there is not much space inside the structure. There are outside benches but not much space inside. The best option is to ymget your food to go!

Extremely fast during a busy lunch rush. I have been to many locations, but it was my first visit to this one. I will say that it's a bit of a tight squeeze when they are packed.

My "grilled onions" in my animal style fries where literaly burned!!! The meet was un cooked!! And they tooked forever to served !!!

To be honest does my first In-N-Out very good that was very poor on lettuce actually just had a two little pieces of lettuce Burger is dry I did not like this place how they make my burger would not go back

Wow, a very crowded burger joint with long line of customers waiting for orders to be served. It's our first time to try it and we're so grateful to our friend who brought us here; the burger is so delicious - I personally like the double - double protein style burger. The fries is also good - way way better than what we have in our fastfoods in the Philippines. Our kids also were very delighted by their strawberry milkshake. Parking is also free but it took us a while to park because of the long queue of vehicles.

As always, food was great and the line moved pretty quick, but they did screw up my order. Ordered two Double Doubles and two fries, only got one of each. Fixed it quick though.

In N Out Burger always is the best burger, HANDS DOWN!!! The people that work there are AMAZING!! Fast paced and a bunch of hard working people makes In N Out Burger NUMBER ONE in many people's minds. EXCELLENT QUALITY FOOD AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. IF I won the lottery, my franchise choice would be IN N OUT!!!

Busy as could be but got our order pretty quickly and it was divine as usual! Highly recommend this place for your burger needs! Plan on a little extra time but well worth the wait.

Better than Shake Shack. Prove me wrong. I'm from the South, and have had the opportunity to try both In-N-Out and Shake Shack and I lean towards the double double animal style. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.

What can I say about them , the burgers and fries are the best. All my friends back in Jersey wished they had a great burger like that. But of course they have White Castle burgers.

This is my 5th time in 12 months and Fountain Coke always taste like Diet Coke? All other locations taste sweet—how its supposed to taste. Other than this, same great tasting burgers.

Besides the wait at the drive thru, everything was excellent!

No complaints; it's the touristy thing to do, coming here, but I was a liiiiittle let down by the animal fries. For all the hype, I expected more than big Mac sauce on fries, but that's just me. Burgers and the shake were great, prices decent.

The double drive through line looks long but it's surprisingly efficient. The food is always fresh and tasty at In N Out so no problems there. I highly recommend it for your fast food needs!

The best animal style extra crispy fries with a lemonup

I knew there was a reason why they don't have any locations in the greater Portland area, where I'm from, and I've figured it out. The burgers here are alright, If you don't know what an actual good burger taste like. The milkshakes are like drinking marshmallow, And on top of that they charge for water. McDonald's is a better option, they at least give you your money's worth and don't pretend to be healthier then the competition.

I'm from the east cost, and I took a trip to California and had to try in and out burger. Dont get me wrong it's good. Better then Burger King and McDonald's. But it ain't better then 5 guys or Shake shack. That's why it got only 3 stars. To much hype for me. But #1 over other fast food spots.

I have been eating at this particular one for over 20 years. Usually, always satisfied. But, my burger had a peculiar and somewhat different taste to it, it did not taste the same as usual. I wonder why? What happened? I will be careful about eating there in the future. Great location, easy access, and I am disappointed to say the least. I would grab a burger when I did not feel like cooking whether it was lunch or dinner, so easy. Not no more, I have always felt if the food taste changes, it is attributed to the cook, whom is responsible for the taste of the food.

Little line, drive thru perfection. Food was hot and delicious.
